The licence
Mountoon Stories, and every app we publish under the Mountoon name, is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
What is free and what is paid
- Two stories, Lumi and Momo, are free and stay free.
- The other stories open in one of two ways: the lifetime unlock or Mountoon Weekly. Both open the same stories, and both work with Family Sharing.
- The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase. It does not renew and it does not expire.
- The purchase screen sits behind the grown-ups gate in the app. Nothing is ever sold to your child.
Mountoon Weekly
- Mountoon Weekly is an auto-renewing subscription. Each period is 1 week.
- It renews automatically every week, at the weekly price, until you cancel it. If the first week is offered at a lower introductory price, the following weeks are charged at the regular weekly price.
- Apple shows the exact price in your currency on the purchase sheet before you confirm.
- It is billed by Apple to your Apple Account and managed by Apple. We never see your payment details and we cannot change, cancel or refund a subscription for you.
- Cancel anytime on your iPhone or iPad in Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions. Cancel at least a day before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. After you cancel, every story stays open until the end of the week you have already paid for.
- When the plan ends, the two free stories stay free and the others lock again. Nothing is deleted from your device.
- If you buy the lifetime unlock while Mountoon Weekly is running, cancel the weekly plan yourself so that it does not renew.
Refunds
All App Store refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy
